Vik Distributors Chaat Corner
Chaat literally means 'to lick'. Traditionally this road side snack was served on a leaf and it was so tongue-tickling that one could not resist licking the last morsels from the leaf before discarding it, thereby giving a descriptive name to the cuisine.

We offer one vegetarian and one non-vegetarian lunch every weekday. The following are a selection of our weekend specials.

1. Dahi Papdi Chaat
Crisp flat puris with potatoes, garbanzos and lentil dumplings covered with yogurt, tamarind and mint.

Spiced potatoes stuffed in a whole wheat flour bread served with raita(yogurt) and achar(pickle).

2. Dahi Batata Puri
Crisp puffed puris stuffed with potatoes and garbanzos covered with yogurt and tamarind.

Shredded spiced cauliflower stuffed in a whole wheat flour bread served with raita and achar.

Lentil dumpling covered with yogurt, tamarind and mint chutney.

Crisp puffed rice salad with onions, cilantro and potatoes with tamarind, mint and garlic chutneys.

Cubes of boneless chicken with onions and cilantro rolled in a bread served with yogurt and mint chutney.

Crisp flat puri topped with potatoes, onions, mint chutney, tamarind chutney and garlic chutney.

Spiced ground lamb with onions and cilantro stuffed in a white flour bread served with yogurt and mint chutney.

Crisp puffed puri with potatoes and garbanzos and a spicy mint water.

Crepe made of rice and lentil flour stuffed with potatoes and served with coconut chutney and lentil soup.

Two potato patties stuffed with green peas and covered with a spicy garbanzo chutney.

Steamed rice and lentil cakes served with lentil soup and coconut chutney.
8. Samosa Cholle
Two crusty pastries stuffed with green peas and covered with a spicy garbanzo chutney.
8. Dhokla
Steamed chick pea flour cake mildy spiced served with mint chutney.
9. Bhatura Cholle
Large puffed puri made of fermented white flour along with garbanzo curry, onions and mango pickle.
9. Mirchi Vada
Anahelm chilli peppers stuffed with potatoes served with mint and tamarind chutney.
10. Mix Veg Pakoras
Crisp fritters of cabbage, spinach, cauliflower, potatoes and onion in chick pea batter with mint and tamarind chutney..
10. Batata Vada
Bombay style potato fritters served with coconut chutney.
